JJ Armory LLC provides professional firearm transfers, ammunition transfers, and NFA transfer services for customers throughout Long Island, New York. All transfers are processed in strict compliance with Federal, New York State, and local laws. Transfer fees are due at the time of pickup unless otherwise stated.

FFL Requirement: JJ Armory LLC will only accept firearm transfers from valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. Firearms shipped from private individuals will be refused or handled in accordance with our Firearm Transfer Shipment Policy below.

All firearms shipped to JJ Armory must originate from a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. While some states permit firearms to be shipped from individuals using a driver’s license, JJ Armory does not accept firearms from non-FFL shippers under any circumstances. This is a strict company policy and no exceptions will be made.

Any firearm received by JJ Armory that is shipped from an individual (non-FFL), including those accompanied only by a driver’s license, will be handled as follows:

• A $135 processing fee, plus shipping and handling, will apply.
• Payment must be made prior to return shipment by cash or credit card.
• Credit card authorization may be completed over a recorded phone call.

• Return arrangements must be made within 48 hours of JJ Armory receiving the firearm.
• After 48 hours, a $5 per day storage fee will be applied.
• If no return arrangements are made within 14 days, the firearm will be considered abandoned property.
• Ownership will be surrendered to JJ Armory, and the firearm may be disposed of at the company’s discretion, including resale where legally permitted.

If a credit card payment is disputed after the firearm has been returned, JJ Armory will report the matter to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for further investigation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By shipping a firearm to JJ Armory, all parties acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy in full. Failure to follow these requirements will result in delays, additional costs, and potential involvement of law enforcement agencies.

Pricing listed below is based on publicly available information as of January 24, 2026. Fees and policies may change at any time. Customers are encouraged to contact each dealer directly or visit their website for the most up-to-date pricing. These local firearm retailers are reputable businesses who provide quality service. JJ Armory proudly supports local firearm stores and encourages customers to choose the dealer that best fits their needs.

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms sales are final. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

We like to serve customers as best as possible and we understand that mistakes can happen. If you have placed an existing order and want to change it, we can help you with that. The process is as follows: orders that need to be modified will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded the full amount minus a $10 charge via gift card. Once the customer receives the refund, they can re-place the order on the website. JJ ARMORY LLC WILL NOT place the order for the customer due to fraud and sensitive information that gets exchanged in transactions. At this point the transaction lead times have restarted.

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3–10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Our flat rate shipping policy only qualifies for the lower 48 states. We currently do not offer shipping to states outside the lower 48 or internationally. If an order is placed outside of the stated parameters, it will be cancelled and issued a restock fee. Orders cannot be processed and will be flagged as fraud if the billing and shipping addresses DO NOT match. Orders will then be refunded via gift card so the order can be placed correctly. If an order is for a serialized item or firearm, the system will designate it as such and it will be sent to the chosen FFL. DO NOT put the FFL as the shipping address.

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required and sales on these items are final. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. Customers are responsible and must follow all local, state and federal laws. Please research before ordering if you are unsure about your local laws.

Use of the JJ ARMORY LLC website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.

• I am not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
• By selling or delivering ammunition to me, JJ ARMORY LLC is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
• I am not a fugitive from justice.
• I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
• I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
• I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.
• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release JJ ARMORY LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from JJ ARMORY LLC.

I fully agree that by placing my order, I release JJ ARMORY LLC from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased from JJ ARMORY LLC, including (but not limited to) my or anyone else’s use of the product, my or anyone else’s storage of the product, and my or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release JJ ARMORY LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from JJ ARMORY LLC.

All firearms received by JJ Armory LLC, including customer firearm transfers, retrieved firearms, and surrendered firearms, must be picked up within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

NO FINAL NOTIFICATION WILL BE PROVIDED. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange timely pickup and maintain current contact information. Unclaimed firearms may be subject to lawful disposition in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By completing a transaction with JJ Armory LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these firearm transfer and storage terms and conditions.

You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as any part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals, before a court or other tribunal.

JJ ARMORY LLC and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by JJ ARMORY LLC. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not JJ ARMORY LLC, in any manner that seeks to disparage or discredit JJ ARMORY LLC, or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.

All content on this website is the exclusive property of JJ ARMORY LLC. Said content includes text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software. Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws and we reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement, we will rigorously defend our rights to this material.

Some portions of this website permit usernames and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
